If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
We provide refunds/replacement for when you receive a different order than what you ordered and replacement for when you received a damaged product. We do not provide Exchanges for the products. Customer can initiate a Return/Refund Request for the products within the first 2 days after receiving the delivery of the order. The 2 days would be counted from the time of receiving your order delivery.
We do not offer Returns/Refunds/Replacements in case of Customer errors, such as incorrect selection of product, size, design, color etc. You are sole responsible for placing a correct order according to your needs. Refer to the product description carefully before placing order or contact us if need any help.
Conditions For Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged/wrong, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it also the original packaging must be retained and returned with the same product. The product must be in its original condition with all the packaging including brand/manufacturer's box/packaging, tags, warranty cards and other accessories intact.
What We Require For Approval Of Return
The customer can provide following details for approval:
- Full product photos with showing the damage or showing wrong product received
- A 360 degree unboxing video with showing the damage or showing wrong product received
- ORDER ID
- Photo of shipping label
- Photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
- Filling out the reason for return.
We would not be able to approve any return pick up without clear images and unboxing video showing the Damage/Wrong product received and other details as stated above.
The pick up would be initiated only after examining the images, unboxing video and reasons provided by you in the mail by our Quality Control Team. After our team finds your request to be valid or invalid the pickup would be approved or declined as per the examination and a mail of approved or declined for pickup would be sent to you. DO NOTE THAT the final refunding/replacement process would be initiated only after the products returns back to our office and our Quality Control Team verifies that the returned products has not been used, worn, washed or soiled in any way. Also, all tags are attached and the original packing is intact. After our team finds the returned products are in accordance with the above mentioned guidelines or not, your request would be approved or declined as per the examination and a mail of approved or declined for refund/replacement would be sent to you.
The customer can Return/Refund/Replace the products under the following circumstances:
1. IN CASE OF RECEIVING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT
A customer can Return/Refund the product if he receives something else instead of what was ordered. This includes:
- Different product from what was ordered.
- Different size from what was ordered.
- Different design from what was ordered.
- Different color from what was ordered.
- Or any combination of the above
2. IN CASE OF RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCT
If a customer receives a damaged product, we’ll send a replacement. The shipping of replacement when receiving a damaged product would be approved or declined only after examination of the product returned to us by our Quality Control Team.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/REFUND REQUEST
In order to initiate a Return/Refund Request drop us an email at support@jugaadustyle.com within the first 2 days after receiving the delivery of the order. Make sure to provide all details as mention above in the email.
When initiating a Return/Refund Request please make sure that the customer can provide following details for approval:
- Full product photos with showing the damage or showing wrong product received
- A 360 degree unboxing video with showing the damage or showing wrong product received
- ORDER ID
- Photo of shipping label
- Photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
- Filling out the reason for return.
We would not be able to approve any return pick up without clear images and unboxing video showing the Damage/Wrong product received and other details as stated above.
HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
We offer pick up facility for the Returns (i.e.) our delivery partner will pick up the products from you and deliver it back to us or our supplier. Our delivery partner has a wide pincode coverage across the country for pick up. If in some case our delivery partner cannot pick up the order from a particular pincode, you are requested to ship back the product on your own through any delivery service you wish. We’ll notify you through mail about unavailability of pickup and a address would be provided to ship the product back to us. In such case where we would not be able to arrange a return pickup we’ll provide you courior charges in exchange of your shipping the product back to us. You need to provide shipping slip with mention shipping charges and bank account details or UPI ID.
The pickup by our delivery partner would be attempted a maximum of 1-2 times. If you are absent or unavailable during the pickup attempts your Return/Refund request will be automatically cancelled and no refunds would be processed for the same.
